Sam Allardyce is believed to be about to make a bid for Liverpool's England sbobet striker Andy Carroll. West Ham are proposing an initial loan with a view to buying the 23-year-old for around £15m who signed from Newcastle United for £35m in January, 2011.
West Ham,sbo returning to the Premier League after their relegation last year, may face opposition for Carroll from a number of other clubs after reports emerged suggesting Liverpool had let it be known that they were willing to listen to offers for the player.
